Would you like to talk with someone who will really listen? Are there things you would like to tell someone but are not sure they are normal? Would you like to be honest about who you are, what you feel and be understood? Do you yearn for an unbiased view of your decisions and choices? Do you often feel sad, irritable or get caught up in negative thinking? If any of these sound like your experience, you can probably benefit from therapy.

Emotional health is as important to each of us as is physical health. Research has shown repeatedly that emotional well-being positively affects general health. Long-term depression and anxiety take their toll by causing a myriad of life-threatening diseases. Investing time and money in your emotional health not only offers you a better life, but by becoming a healthy parent, spouse, friend, and co-worker, you can affect the lives of everyone around you.

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes. My consulting room is a living room setting. Our conversations are private and confidential. I will not reveal to anyone anything about you without your written request.

To a disciple who was forever complaining about others, the master said,
"If it is peace you want, seek to change yourself, not other people.  It is easier to protect your feet with slippers than to carpet the whole of the earth."
